SKILLS INDUSTRY QUALIFICATIONS
NZ Certificate in Customer Premises Systems
Install and maintain telecommunications and data networks for residential and commercial settings.
Duration: 2.5 – 3 years (part-time)
Cost: $58 incl GST per week
NZ Certificate in Electrotechnology (Electromechanical Maintenance and Repair)
Maintain and repair complex electromechanical equipment in commercial and industrial settings.
Duration: 19 months (standard) or 23 months (with EST strand)
Cost: $62.00 incl. GST per week
NZ Certificate in Electronic Security
Design, install, and manage electronic security systems for clients.
Duration: 3 years
Cost: $58 per week incl. GST
NZ Certificate in Electrotechnology
Foundation skills to enter the electrotechnology industry as an installer or serviceperson.
Duration: 18 months
Cost: $58 incl. GST per week
NZ Certificate in Electrical Engineering (Switchgear Fitting)
Design and build electrical switchboards for factories and industrial plants.
Duration: 3.5 years
